My Courses
I offer a variety of different courses to suit your individual needs. Each course is made up of four sessions, each one carefully planned to compliment the next and whichever option you choose you will receive a detailed course handbook, relaxation MP3s and a little bag of treats from me to help you along in your journey from pregnancy to birth.
Online Group Course
Group courses take place via Zoom, usually in the evening during the week, but this can be flexible—it's your course! This includes a spot for you and your birth partner plus my ongoing support until your baby arrives.

One to One Course
A one-to-one course can be taught at your home, mine, or via Zoom—your choice! You'll receive my ongoing support right through to childbirth and beyond. Enjoy flexible scheduling, your favourite biscuits, and a detailed course handbook.

In Person: £450
Tailored Course
A tailored course can be whatever you want it to be: a Hypnobirthing refresher, planned Caesarean prep, VBAC course, or a birth debrief. Contact me directly to discuss options. I'd love to help with any concerns you may have.
